Hotelcomplex op kasteelterrein
Plaats: Studenec
The original part of the Chateau hotel was mentioned first around 1388. About 1750 the
original part was rebuilt to holiday resort. It held its appearance till 1988 when the
construction of the connection corridor and a mirror structure began. The construction was
completed in 1989.
The original structure and annex structure are two-storey buildings (the original one is a
basementless house, the annex is with basement), with solid circumferential masonry and
hipped roof. The interconnecting corridor connecting the two buildings is a basement
structure. Two separate accommodation buildings (Liptov-type wooden constructions) named
bungalow 1 and 2 date back to 1983. The bungalows face each other, the area between them
is grass and a children playground. The buildings are one-storey buildings with basements
and attics.
The premises are connected to wiring from own pole transformer station, refuse water is
cleaned in own water treatment plant, water comes! from public water works , all
accommodation and service buildings are heated by hot water from an electric boiler and
storage reservoir system using night current (cheaper tariff). From the side facing the
street, fencing with a stone retain-wall and decorative metal fence has been built
together with outdoor illumination, internal paved roads, parking lot for personal cars
and court for ball games, both of them with bituminous surfaces. The whole complex is
situated in the middle of former chateau park with full-grown greenwood and coniferous
trees and shrubs. The building is connected to public telephone network. The property
including its equipment and facilities is in a very good technical condition.
The building to be sold is in the community of Studenec (6 km from Jilemnice), district of
Semily, ca 150m from the major road on the right-hand side when coming from Nová Paka..
